Practice following exercise with your partner or good friend.

–          Take a seat opposite each other. Ask your interlocutor to express his thoughts about the feelings you have at this very moment. Ask him or her to explain in depth.

–          Then you tell him or her what emotions his or her response evoked with you.

 

Change roles and try to feel what this is doing with you.
